Sage Containers by K&N is a division of Sage Landscape Maintenance, operated by Natalie Holbrook and Karmella Gearhart. With a keen eye for design, Sage Containers transforms spaces into beautiful environments using a creative approach to container installations.

Whether commercial or residential containers, we custom-select and assemble decorative flowers and plants to incorporate a burst of color or artistic greenery to your entryway, walkway, porch, or pool. Container installations are versatile and attractive to add greenery and a touch of nature to residential and commercial spaces without extensive landscaping or digging into the ground. This method of planting has gained popularity for its convenience, flexibility, and aesthetic value.

How it Works

1. Initial Onsite Consultation

Fill out our Design Request Form to start. We will then contact you to schedule a consultation to discuss our services, container placement, and light conditions. We'll consider your preferences for the final design plan.

2. Choose Your Program

One-Time Custom Seasonal Container(s)
We will design and install your custom container(s) once for your home or business. This includes design, soil top-off, fertilizer, plants, and installation.
Custom 4 Season Container(s) Subscription
Keep your containers looking great all year! We will design and install new plants four times a year with each season change. The subscription includes design, soil top-off, fertilizer, plants, and installation.

3 The Proposal

An estimate will be sent to the client within 2 business days of the initial consultation via email. After the proposal is accepted, a 50% deposit is required. Once paid, a start date will be scheduled. Please note, our custom container design service is based on time and materials, and any significant cost changes will be communicated to the client. A final invoice will be sent and due upon project completion.

4 Choose Your Maintenance Program (Optional)

Protect your investment with a maintenance program from Sage Containers. We provide bi-weekly and as-needed maintenance throughout the year, including by request in winter. Leave the work to us!

5. Install Day

Sage Containers handles everything. We ensure a clean setup, allowing you to enjoy your container(s) all season.

Initial Soil Fill-Up: We can fill your empty containers with potting soil. Charges are based on time and materials, separate from Custom Container Design pricing.
