Sage Holbrook - Owner

Sage started Sage Landscape Maintenance in 1997 and has successfully set the landscaping industry to the highest standard, while growing to one of the top landscaping maintenance companies in the state. Sage was born and raised in Olympia, Washington and has seen Thurston County grow to what it is now. He grew up in the landscape industry, as his stepdad also had a landscaping company. Sage strives to provide a positive work environment that fosters growth for all team members and continues to emphasize the importance of a family-oriented workplace.

Natalie Holbrook - Owner

Natalie started Sage Landscape alongside Sage in 1997. She manages the Accounting & HR departments all while maintaining customer relationships. She also manages all our social media and online presence.

Jake Holbrook - Owner/Manager

Jake officially joined Sage Landscape in 2019, though he had worked here and there during the summers for the business. Jake learned every part of the business - from the office to the field. He went on to obtain his Washington State Pesticide License, and started managing the Lawn Care Division. Jake is responsible for preparing residential/commercial bids, inspecting and evaluating sites, and coordinating the implementation and maintenance of projects. Jake is our liaison between customers & crew.

Alfredo Avalos - Lead Irrigation Tech/Manager

Alfredo joined the team in 2008 as an irrigation and lawn care technician. His primary responsibilities include managing all irrigation for accounts, and leading the irrigation team along with overseeing the maintenance crews. Alfredo is a key employee at Sage and a natural leader, with the ability to effectively facilitate and manage all aspects of commercial landscape management.
